At STRAȘNIC, we want the purchasing process to be simple, secure and accessible. That is why we offer our customers several payment methods, allowing everyone to choose the option that suits them best.

1. Online Payment by Bank Card

Orders can be paid for online using bank cards accepted by the payment processor available on our website.

Payments are processed through secure systems in accordance with the security standards applicable to electronic transactions.

Once the transaction has been authorised, the customer receives payment confirmation and the relevant order information.

2. Payment via PayPal

Customers can also pay for their orders using PayPal.

When this option is selected, the payment is processed through the PayPal platform, in accordance with its applicable terms and security measures.

Order and payment confirmation is sent once the transaction has been completed.

3. Cash on Delivery

The order amount can be paid upon receipt of the package, directly to the courier company’s representative.

Payment can be made in cash or by card, if the courier company offers this option.

Any additional fees associated with the cash-on-delivery service are displayed before the order is confirmed.

4. Bank Transfer

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the merchant’s bank account.

After the order has been registered, the customer receives the information necessary to complete the transfer.

To ensure correct payment identification, we recommend including the order number in the transaction details.

The order will be processed and dispatched once receipt of the funds in the merchant’s bank account has been confirmed.

5. Payment upon Personal Collection

For orders eligible for personal collection, payment can be made when collecting the products, either in cash or by bank card.

Collection takes place after the order has been confirmed and the collection arrangements have been agreed upon.

6. Prices and Payment Security

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website, and the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is communicated before completing the purchase.

For payments made in a different currency, exchange rate differences or fees may apply, as determined by the card-issuing bank or payment service provider in accordance with their terms and conditions.

STRAȘNIC does not add any additional charges without informing the customer in advance and complying with applicable legal provisions.

Electronic payments are processed through the payment service providers available in the online store.

7. Payment Confirmation and Tax Documents

After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation information at the email address provided.

Tax documents are issued and sent or made available in accordance with applicable tax legislation.

If a payment is unsuccessful, the customer may retry the transaction or contact STRAȘNIC to find a solution.

8. Refunds

In the event of an order cancellation or the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, amounts owed to the customer are refunded in accordance with applicable legislation and the provisions of the “Shipping and Returns” section.

As a general rule, refunds are made using the same payment method originally used, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method, at no additional cost.
