regarding the terms and conditions of use of the Strasnic website ( strasnic.ro ).
Our website ( strasnic.ro ) is operated by the Toderau Octavian Constantin
Individual Enterprise company, based in Iasi, Iasi, Iasi , enrolled in the Trade Registry, number
F22 / 998 / 17.10.2016. The use of the website (including access, navigation and purchase of
products from this website) constitutes an implicit agreement to respect the terms and
conditions set out in this document with all the effects and consequences arising from it.
The administrator of this website ( strasnic.ro ) reserves the right to modify the
contents of this agreement at any time, without prior notification of the users who use it,
hereinafter referred to as "Users". Users will have permanent access to the terms and
conditions of use of the services, in order to be able to consult them at any time.
Collection of CNP (Personal Numeric Code) from individuals
According to ANAF Order no. 3769/2015 the companies are required to report the CNP
(Personal Numeric Code) of the clients.
According to the legislation in force, the personal numerical codes constitute personal data,
which refers to any information regarding an identified or identifiable individual (an identifiable
person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an
identification number or to one or more factors specific to its physical, physiological, mental,
economic, cultural or social identity).
According to Law 677/2011 the processing of Personal Numerical Codes (CNPs) or other
personal data having, a function of identification of general applicability, can take place if:
● The data subject has given his / her express consent;
● The processing is expressly provided by a legal provision.
The legislation provides that the supervisory authority may establish other cases in which the
processing of the data provided above may be carried out, provided that adequate safeguards
are in place to respect the rights of the data subjects.
According to Law 677/2011, the consent of the data subject is not required in the following
cases:
● when processing is necessary in order to execute a contract or pre-contract to which the
data subject is a party or to take measures, at their request, before concluding a contract
or pre-contract;
● when processing is necessary in order to protect the life, physical integrity or health of
the data subject or of another threatened person;
● when the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation of the operator;
● when the processing is necessary in order to carry out measures of public interest or
aimed at exercising the prerogatives of public authority with which the operator or the
third party to whom the data are disclosed is invested;
● when processing is necessary in order to achieve a legitimate interest of the operator or
of the third party to whom the data is disclosed, provided that this interest does not
prejudice the interest or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject;
● when the processing concerns data obtained from documents accessible to the public,
according to the law;
● hen the processing is done exclusively for statistical, historical or scientific research
purposes, and the data remain anonymous throughout the processing
Content of the website and intellectual property rights
The content of this website may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, exposed, for
purposes other than those expressly and legally permitted. Extracting any information followed
by any commercial use beyond the scope of the private copy regulated by law or for sale or
licensing and without prior written consent of the owners of the property rights constitutes a
violation of the terms and conditions.
You also agree not to affect and interfere in any way with the security elements of the website,
with the elements that prevent or restrict the use, the copying of content or elements that
reinforce the limits of use of the website or its content.
Consumers' right to unilaterally terminate the contract
Please make sure that you have checked the product specifications and its compatibility by
visiting the manufacturer's page before buying it. The commercial relations between the buyer
and Straşnic (strasnic.ro), manufacturer of solid wood serving trays, are officially
regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding the protection of consumers when
concluding and executing distance contracts.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he gives up the purchase,
without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving
the product or, in the case of the provision of services, from the conclusion of the
contract.
Straşnic ’s Administrator (strasnic.ro) makes permanent efforts to maintain the
accuracy of the information on the website, but sometimes they may contain errors
(specifications or prices of products modified by the manufacturer without notice or vitiated by
operating errors). Attention: the photos are informative and may contain accessories that are not
included in the standard packages.
Fraud
In order to access and use certain sections of the website, it may be necessary to create a
personal account. You hereby declare that you assume full responsibility for all and any of the
activities performed through the account you open on the website and, as a consequence, we
advise you to ensure the security of your account password or other access data. If the security
of the account you own is compromised, you must immediately notify the website’s
administrator. Straşnic (strasnic.ro) is not responsible for any damages that are
caused to you or caused to third parties of any kind, by unauthorized use of the account.
Applicable law
By using the Straşnic website (strasnic.ro) , the user agrees that the Romanian
laws will govern the Terms and conditions of use and any dispute of any kind that may arise
between users and the administrators of Straşnic (strasnic.ro) or its associates /
partners / affiliates. In the event of possible conflicts, they will first be tried to resolve them
amicably, and if the amicable resolution will not be possible, the conflict will be solved in court,
in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

Straşnic ’s Administrator (strasnic.ro) reserves the right to change the structure
and interface of any page or subpage of Straşnic ’s website (strasnic.ro) at any
time and at any chosen leisure time, having the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt ,
partially or entirely the services made available to the public through this website without any
individual or general prior notification.
